I kept receiving calls from this number. It left messages said that it was regarding my daughter's blue shield. The call back number is 1-833-896-7451.I googled this number. It is located in China.
Left a message saying it was Blue Shield calling for my daughter who has not been to the doctor for over a year. They asked to call (833) 896-7451. I called and it asked me to verify it was my daughter by simply saying yes or no. I said yes. then it asked me to confirm the year born after providing a sample year which happened to be her year. So I repeated it. Then it went on to talk about Coronavirus and that she is due for a wellness visit. It asked if I wanted to be transferred to set up the appointment. I cannot tell if this is actually Blue Shield, our insurance provider. when I called the (833)#, it did not indicate the organization. I am uncertain about the validity of this message and the # of I called.
