Calls over and over even though I have asked them not to, now I do not answer, tried to block and they STILL manage to get through. 3/11/2021 they tried to call again

They're legitimate. I've received calls from this number for change of day for scheduled procedures, instructions for procedure prep, test result notification and follow-up instructions for various procedures.
Never gotten calls for anything "scammy" from this number.
Seems like scammers would "spoof" this number, but always been legit for me.
