I got an unknown call from this number didn’t pick it up because I don’t know who they are
Said Kohls, when I answered I couldn't understand the guy. He didn't ask for proof of who I am and told me to pay my bill through the phone. I already had it scheduled. Due date is 16 days away, told him I would not pay over the phone. He would not take that as an answer. I told him not to call back.
