claims to be Valentine & Kebartas. They keep calling me from Wisconsin-based phone numbers. So I called Valentine & Kebartas, they are a legitimate collections company with an office in Massachusetts, and do not have an office in Wisconsin. I gave them my phone number to search their records and said they have no record of me owing anybody money.
