Claimed they were a debt collection agency but I didn’t want to waste my time with something I can negotiate for free to lower through credit karma or whatever other free service. Not some random Indian-accented person who doesn’t seem to want to explain further what he does at that company, only as far as that he “works there”. Like, what? “What does your company do?” “I’ll explain later on.” Excuse me? Your “company” knows my name, why can’t I know what your “company” does? Lmao
