I also have Assuarance lifeline, has for 3-4 years now, I looked through mu account online and this number comes up as outgoing every now and again. call time usually a few seconds, but one or two more than a minutes

its really strange...

My daughter lost her phone and the call records show someone dialed this number numerous times right after the phone was lost. It hasn’t shown its location since, and I tried to put it in lost mode with Apple. Hopefully it won’t mess with other devices?

My phone with Assurance Wireless was having trouble making calls so I logged in online to check if my account was deactivated and noticed it says my phone called out to this number several times today. Impossible since my phone was on my person the whole time. Once at 11:55am lasting 2 seconds, 1:34p lasting 2 seconds, 3:15 for 11 seconds, 3:55 for 12 seconds, 5:17 for 12 seconds, and 5:59 for 11 seconds. Also from yesterday 11:10am for a minute and 45 seconds and 5:08p for 11 seconds..and if I look back 60 days, there's outgoing calls to this number back in December 2024 as well. It's not my new phone since I got the new one in mid January... it's something with Assurance Wireless itself I guess. Guess I'll call support tomorrow and ask for answers.

Multiple calls to/from this number are listed on my call log. Never called it, nor did it ring. Stupid phone company says it’s the number whenever someone you blocked calls, & it goes to voicemail — that’s just bullshit. I say “since when??!?!??”

When I call him or text him I don’t get a call back for hours he says I was in a meeting ya right what meeting at 630 Pm the office closes at 5pm So I put a plan in to action and got the proof, its been going on for over 9 months him and his secretary, I found out she was married and called her husband and showed him the files her and my husband kissing at some park and having dinner with her at some restaurant. That’s nice I have not been out to dinner in over 5 years but he has time for her. Thanks Again Adriana

Hi Mr. Donovan,
I am a very concerned parent of an 11 year old daughter. Her phone was taken from her for the month of June and during that time 469-982-9999, was making and receiving calls and texts with this number. I have very good reason to believe someone else was using it. This is a child's phone, so I need to have more clarity as to what kind of business or personal issues were taking place in regards to this number.
It is also of concern as my phone is synched with hers for parental controls and they would have also been able to gain any information on SS numbers, accounts, emails, passwords, etc.
If I could set up a time to talk with you, I would more than greatly appreciate it. Or you may email me if your time does not permit.
