I also have Assuarance lifeline, has for 3-4 years now, I looked through mu account online and this number comes up as outgoing every now and again. call time usually a few seconds, but one or two more than a minutes its really strange...
This number video-called us from a Gmail account, with no video feed on his end, claiming to be a Dave Sawyer and that we had won some lottery and should be expecting a delivered check tomorrow. He kept asking "Can you hear me?", which, never answer with a yes, that's part of the scam. I couldn't recognize his accent, it wasn't the usual Indian call-center, and it wasn't something like a Bronx or Boston one either.
Immediately upon answering, I heard "please hold while we connect you to a representative". Since this number is unknown to me, I am assuming it is a scammer.

Being used as a text number in a scam email announcing an estate sale supposedly being promoted by a N. Georgia school district.
An unknown caller placed 2 calls in the same 60-second (or less) period reportedly using 'Bandwidth SMSEnabled - Bandwidth CLEC - Sinch' as service provider. Likely political. possibly spoofed. Reverse-lookup displayed a caller ID of 'Prt Townsend WA'. T-Mobile's call screener flagged and blocked only 1 of the 2 calls as a likely scam. The remaining call rang through, but the caller left no message.

Once you answer one phone call, trust me they just keep calling - 15-20 a day on a land line ##. Suggestion- just let them ring amd don't answer !!!!!!!!!!
