Who called me from this phone number (360) 842-4000

It was a boiler room scam call

Got this unsolicited garbled text message:" Unknown Depositing new message Hello, Bear Gate. When did that appears? Convinced Working gate with the provider to dish. And when did it appears this time choose.. Click here: 13608424000 to listen to full voice message."

Received text messages from supposed family saying call back at this number. All 360-842-4000, 4002, 4003 & 4004! Bogus! Even used my plumbers cell number!

I declined a call from 915-200-0558 (caller ID shows as El Paso, TX). Immediately received a text from the same 915 number: "19152000558 Depositing new message Warranty pass the factory cut off and this is a courtesy call to renew your warranty before we close the file. If you're interested in renewing your auto warranty now. Please press five now or press nine to be removed from our list. Hi this is Susie calling with the Vehicle Service Department. We are calling about your vehicle's manufactures warranty. We sent you several notices in the mail that you have yet to extend your warranty pass the factory cut off and this is a courtesy call to renew your warranty before we close the file. If you're interested in renewing your auto warranty now. Please press five now or press nine to be removed from our list. Hi this is Susie calling with the Vehicle Service Department. We are calling about your vehicle's manufactures warranty. Got a call from 760-502-9505. I didn't answer and they left a voicemail and text message (same exact message in both) stating their name as Tony McDonald. He says that they tried to send me a letter but haven't heard a response from me regarding a reduction in my monthly installment of student loans ($40) but due to deadlines I needed to call him back ASAP to lock that in! I could call him back at 888-255-1635 (when googled looked like a law school or something of that sort) and to listen to the voicemail (of the message he already sent me and left on MY voicemail) to click on 360-842-4000. PLEASE DON'T CLICK ON LINKS OR CALL THESE PEOPLE BACK! IF YOU HAVE STUDENT LOANS (LIKE I DO) YOU'LL GET AN EMAIL OR LETTER FROM YOUR LOAN COMPANY (AND BECAUSE OF COVID MOST COMPANIES HAVE PUT PAYMENTS AND INTEREST ON HOLD)! THESE SCAMMERS CALL FROM FAMILIAR NUMBERS THAT MATCH YOUR AREA CODE.. IN HOPES YOU'LL PICK UP!!! BE CAREFUL!

They also left me a message and it said someone left a voicemail to call a number and that number 3608424000 what is this about ???

that number call one of my family member and there was a link where they recorder my conversation with family member

It's one of those scammers that have a poor grammar message making this or that threat about some fictitious serious legal issues they need you to respond to.

Something about financial assistance for hospital bills, blah blah. I have no outstanding medical bills. SCAM.

I literally received the same message from: 425-947-4527 “Message from 14259474527 Depositing new message Because your social has been found suspicious for some illegal activity. It is time sensitive and urgent we hear back from you before we proceed further with suspension on your social and assets. Please press one to repeat press one to connect your call to social security officer. Thank you.. Click here; 13608424000 to listen to full voice message.”
