Got a call at the business I work, a woman answered saying she was calling from Riverside Payments and asked if she could speak to the owner or a manager. When I replied, "They aren't currently available, but can I take a message," then she responded "Thanks" and promptly hung up. There was background noise during the call, so I imagine it came from a call center.
