I haven't been home when called. Never left a message. Has called a couple of times.
Representative said" this is a free service through your health insurance. Can you give me your address and we will send you a free topical pain medication." I asked if this was ordered from my doctor, they replied no, I said that I have a prescription company I order all medication and prescriptions through. The representative kept saying " this is a free service through your health insurance. Can you give me your address and we will send you a free topical pain medication." I told them unless this is ordered from my doctor I do not want any part of this and asked them not to contact me again and hung up.

They are rude , call all hours of the day. I had to yell and scream at them for them to stop harassing me. They say they are United Pharmacy and I looked that up and they are using fake information. I told them not to call my home again and I had to tell them if they continue I will file a harassment order.
