As a Telcom install, service and plant tech, I can tell you this much: This an info search scam. They are searching for cng modem response for hack pusposes. If there equipment does receive cng tone the call is not acknowledged. Old school B.S. as cng is pretty much outdated. Ignore and or block this number period!!!
