Might be a scam or telemarketer. It's about a travel reward. But she asked a "Yes" or "No" question, so it could be a scam. She asked, "Can you hear me okay?" Then, if you say "Yes" they try and insert this in a fake conversation where you agreed to sign up for something or accept their terms, and they start charging you money and you can't break the contract based on this fake conversation that they use to prove you agreed to sign up. So, could be a scam. But I assume it was more like "Come and hear the spiel, and you can win a free trip."
