Who called me from this phone number (360) 338-7502

Recording of either a female named Claire or a man stating they're with some Staff Recruiting Agency. After initial greetings, line goes quiet then they keep asking if you hear them. They call from too many numbers to list. Once the call is blocked, they'll call from a new number. We've blocked at least 8 numbers thus far.
