Who called me from this phone number (360) 338-7487

I called a friend on my cell phone and left a message for her to call me back. Her caller ID showed 360-338-7487. My cell number is 360-319-43**. Then later I received a call from another friend and when I answered, She couldn't hear me but I could hear her talking to someone else she had called. Strange. Also, I am on the do not call list.
