I've received a number of calls from this number over the last week. Before I can answer, a prerecorded message introduces "Kristin" or "Katelyn" from the "credit department" then asks if I can hear them or not. Because there is no company identified, I immediately assume it's some sort of spam and hang up. I've called the number back and have either been hung up on before a call can go through or I'm put through to an automated service that tells me all agents are busy and to email customerservice2016@gmail.com with any questions. This is most certainly fraud.
