Supposedly update for veteran benefits...VERY RUDE AND DISREPECTFUL WOMAN. Wanting to speak to my husband but calling on my phone. I informed her she could mail us the information and she refused. I asked again for her name/information and she rudely said she had given it to me at the beginning of the call and I should have written it down. I hung up on her and she called me back again just about screaming at me again very rude and disrespect. I hung up again on her and blocked the number. I did send a text message that she should be reported to her supervisor regarding her rude and disrepectful behavior.
