360-323-62-47 he call me every day he sad he its from IRS an I hung up ITS SCAM
The caller stated I would be arrested for back taxes if I don>t pay. I said I would go turn myself in because I needed a vacation and they hung up.
Haha i kept calling back until they blocked my number. So did several of my friends.haha
I also got the same call... Cant the FTC look into this?
Definitely a scam! Do not answer or give them any money. It was a prerecorded voice telling me I owe the IRS. Please stop these people before they prey on vulnerable people.
just got a call from 360-232-6447 it was a recorded message saying that the IRS will arrest me for back taxes. I am an accountant, even if I did have back taxes they would not call and tell you this over the phone. This is clearly a scam.
This number continues to call and state you are going to be arrested for not paying taxes. Its a recorded voicemail that is left on the phone. This is a scam, the IRS would never leave a voicemail that you are going to be arrested. Theses people should be arrested for what they are doing to people, the elderly and other vulnerable people are at risk of fraud from this scam.
Just got a call from this number - I already knew it was a scam. I am documenting in hopes that others do not fall for this crap
If you call back, you reach a call center in which the agent gets you agree that you want to solve the problem (back-taxes owed), and then hands to off to a handler. The handler's job is to get you to run to bank immediately to send money, in order to avoid the Sheriff showing up at your door and carting you off to jail. I bet some people fall for it.
Help others by rating this number - was it spam, a business, or something else?
I work in fraud investigations and this is clearly a scam. The first thing the IRS will always do is send you an official letter. https://www.irs.gov/newsroom/how-to-know-its-really-the-irs-calling-or-knocking-on-your-door
