Who called me from this phone number (323) 977-3803

They keep calling, leaving voicemails, to almost everyone on my phone plan, informing me that I have an impending case against me. They also threaten to come to me residence and job . Once they do that, I give up my right . They said if I call now I can settle the case with their client. Its a robo call.
