Received a call that we would be served with court papers on a credit card that was charged off years ago. The guy calling is David More/Moore, he states he is with Milliken Law Firm, yes he stated law firm..but disclosed he is not an attorney. He called again today, 8/17/21 and I told him my husband and did a bunch of research last night and we got his number and he should send us the debt notification document to collect anything debt wise. He hung up before I could finish. If it is legitimate debt collection call, they must send a notification to prove it is real.
