On Sunday, Jan 30, 2022 at 5:04pm EST, I received a call from 323-705-4658 also and it was concerning a florist order that I had placed the day before for a funeral that I was planning to attend and did attend this morning at 10am. The spanish-speaking-accent of the lady that was calling was trying to tell me that my order for flowers for this funeral was going to have an additional charge of $32 for expediting the order for delivery today; when the website clearly indicated that by placing my order on saturday by 3pm, the delivery was promised for today at 10am. This was clearly an effort to fleece me of my money for undue charges; my response was "Just Cancel the Order". She, then, offered to reduce the charges to $16; my response was the same "Cancel the Order". I thought I was dealing with a local florist here in China Grove, NC and had placed my order online since I had googled "Florist in China Grove NC" and Ted's Florist with a China Grove NC address was shown. This situation needs to be corrected by stopping GOOGLE from providing unrequested links to searches. Now, I may have unauthorized charges on my credit card that I will need to refute to obtain credit; a hassle that I do not need.
