Very aggressive and threatening email about unsuccessful attempts to reach me and they will be forced to close my file if I don't call back within the next 48 hours. Tried to ball back to find out who this was and keep getting automated voicemail.

I received an email from a company, fake name US Technical Services/Support, told my subscription was expiring and to call them. I talked with a Sam Wilson (fake name) who told me they would give me $200 refund since I had paid $249 but did not use their service. I had no memory of this service. He directed me to go to a command prompt and type in "amount of refund $200". I typed that in but it came out $2200. He said that he was connected to my bank account, which I had logged into, and that $2200 was deposited into my checking account. He said I needed to give back the $2000 minus the $200 refund by going to Wal-Mart and getting $2000 in gift cards. I did that, gave him the gift card numbers. He told me to keep my computer and bank information open but to shut down my computer and he would call me at 1 pm t he next day. $2200 disappeared from my account, and I have not gotten it back. He made it look like he had addedd $2200 to my account, making my account balance $4664, I spent the $2000 on gift cards, but this was taken from my actual account balance of $2464. I have tried to call Sam Wilson 5 or 6 times, no one answers the telephone.
