almost 5 years ago I told these fools to lose my number and they still call me at least once a month-such idiots
Typical real estate agent from Marcus & Millichap who is doing cold calls. He was soliciting whether I was interested in buying or selling multi family units. I told him he had the wrong number. I get sick of these cold calls from this company.
"Hi this is Oscar" 213-943-1884 is the call back number that he left but he called me from 323-522-4691. He solicited me about their investors that want to buy my apartment building. He never mentioned the name of the company he works for but this search revealed it to be Marcus and Millichap. Marcus and Millichap will never stop calling me no matter how many times I tell them to immediately stop these ongoing harassing solicitations.
A guy with a heavy Asian accent called asking for email address so he could send me a property report on a property. I gave him a made-up email address. He called back about a week later asking if I received the report, which I obviously did not receive. I asked him which company he was with and he said Marcus and Millichap. When I asked him for more details he hung up. I tried callign the number back and it rang about 30 times before disconnecting. I sent this passed this information to the FCC and to a law school buddy who works at the FBI fraud unit.
