Who called me from this phone number (323) 321-6497

Got a call from this from 323-321-6497. I let it go to voicemail as i didn't recognize the number. A message with my last name and the wrong first name was told to call a number concerning an important matter and to refer to a file number. I blocked the number and erased the message. Its a scam!
