This is a robo call participating in the EverSource utility scam. EverSource has issued warnings regarding the scam and we've been getting a few calls a day from different numbers for months with the same recording. I don't understand why, if the company is federally regulated, "they" can't stop this one. If you engage 'humans' and tell them to stop calling, that you know it's a scam, etc., the operators become vicious--one even threatened graphic actions toward my mother. This really needs to stop.
