Who called me from this phone number (323) 305-5698

This remodeling company is portraying itself to be part of the State of CA's energy program. It is a scam. There is nothing about this program on the State Utilities Commission's website. When speaking with the representative, there was constant reference on her part to the State of CA's energy program. I was assured that artificial turf could be entirely free if I "qualified." It's just a come-on to get the representative to someone's home in order to sell him/her on home improvements. DO NOT FALL FOR IT!!!
