I answered a call from this #, and it was young woman saying she was with some HVAC company, and she was calling with a special promotional deal. I stopped her for a moment -- very politely -- and told her my # was on the National Do Not Call registry. She hung up without saying another word.

These people are complete scum. The woman started reading her script and I tried to nicely stop her and say I am not interested, but she just kept talking until I said WTF, then she froze and listened as I said take my number off, and she said "No, I will keep calling you over and over" and then hung up.
