Got unwanted call from 319-225-1962?

Caller said he could lower my interest rate. I figured it was a scam but listened to see what he was trying to pull. He said he had my credit card number and wanted me to verify it. I of course refused and ended the call. He called me back and asked why I hung up. I told him I wasn't going to give him my credit card number and hung up. He called back again right away and I said if he called again I would report him. He said he would report me. I hung up. He called three more times immediately after. I declined each call.
