Who called me from this phone number (316) 974-1268

Didn't answer, when I called back it said press 1 if I live in california, press 2 if I live outside california then promoted me to enter my phone number to their do not call list. Second time I called it gave me a prerecorded message saying no reps can take my call at the moment, to email them at customerservice2016@gmail.com. Super weird, def some spam/fraud activity. Beware!
