Who called me from this phone number (316) 215-9087

Same story here. No one came on after 20 or 30 seconds and they dropped it.

I answered the call from this number and there was dead silence for about 30 seconds before they terminated the call. Obviously a robo-caller that didn't have an operator available to sell/scam me.
