Who called me from this phone number (252) 680-6250

This is a scammer (a man) who claims to be from VA (Veterans Affairs) keeps calling for my mom. And it is the same guy who uses a different phone number from Pennsylvania. This number is from North Carolina. Block this number or don't answer it..
