I bought a $1299.00 new phone on my account. No company name. Did not identify themselves from any company. Just to call to talk to a representative.

Called, left no msg so probably a scam

They try to pretend to know me. I will be in your area, let's 'hang-out'. Or, 'did you have a good day today?' Let's get together for happy hour. NEVER do they leave a name! It's clearly a SCAM!

Called, when I answered, no one said anything, so I hung up and called right back. They answered, but kept mumbling. Then she said she was from Amazon and needed my account number to tell me more. I said NO SCAMMER and hung up
