Who called me from this phone number (252) 654-6217

Was a real person with an American accent (not from India) but lied after I insisted he identify the company he was with; said it was "John Deere Parts" and refused to identify his location. Finally hung up on me when I kept insisting he identify himself and his company. Appeared to be a number in my local area code, but since they spoof numbers now, who knows where he was.
