Who called me from this phone number (234) 888-7182

Got a call from a guy that sounded like he was from India or Pakistan, and he said he was from Experian, something about consolidating my debt. Said something about paying 15% interest. I don't have anything I'm paying high interest on. I told him I'm busy and hung up. He literally called me 30+ more times in a row, and almost every call was a different number in a different state.
