Who called me from this phone number (234) 208-5670

Been getting calls almost every day from this number, they don't leave a message! I called back to see who answers, and it says thank you for calling "I SEE COMMUNICATIONS" and they wanted my account number. Ive never heard of them, so I hung up. Wish they would stop bugging me.
