I’ve had my phone number 35 years, so no possibility of mistaken identity. Add an unusual name to that. The call was someone named Jennifer calling about my student loans. As a plus 70 something person w no student loans it can only be a spam call.
It was a recording of an "urgent message about why my life was hell..because of a witch...please press 1." Very bizarre!!

Just got a call from 225-351-9365 CID said Cancer Council. Did not answer. From other comment it sounds like a scam call.
These people are calling me saying I owe a company $245 but will not tell me the company name. I asked for a debt validation letter and she said they already sent one, I told her I never got a letter and she argues me down saying yes we sent it. I asked for another one and she said "no". so i hung up in her face.
Received a call from this number to my home telephone at 1:25 PM; left no message.
Received call 11/27/18. Caller said he was "Mike Davis Firefighter EMS" and stopped talking so I asked him why he would be calling me from Louisiana. He said "sorry" and hung up. I believe if there was a valid reason for the call he would have stated his purpose instead of just hanging up.
Im so sick of these SOB's calling my house every evening. Its getting to the point they hold me hostage to the phone. Only way out is to cancel my home phone service just to get a break from all these jerks.
They are using spoof computer for fake numbers local to my area. Trying to sell security systems. Will not give out name of company. I acted like i was interested then dropped the call. This is the number they immediately called back from.
Lexington Law Firm saying they would help me take information off my credit report for 130.00/month. ROFLMAO right
So they called me pretending to be the social security administration and left a voice mail saying my social security number has been discontinued and wanted me to call back automated voice claiming to be a person.
I have received calls from this number everyday for last week, and they call about 3 times a day. The caller id is listed as anonymous. I have answered the call and no one is there, you hang up and they immediatley call again.
Received the call on 8/6/18. Caller ID: BATON ROUGE LA. Search shows the number is owned by Bandwidth.com, usually telemarketing. The man said he was from Business Connection Group. I recognized the "company". Someone else called in July claiming they are from the same company, but from a different number in Florida. So he said he was calling regarding our upcoming move, asking if we set a date. I told him that they have already called before regarding that same thing, and that we are not planning on moving. I told him that I don't know where he got their information from, but it's incorrect. He apologized and said goodbye.
They keep calling, I keep telling them I'm on the National Do Not Call Register and not to call back.

Multiple calls over several days. Says his name and that he is calling on a recorded line. He asks if I can hear him. I don't respond and hang up.
This group is obnoxious enough to keep trying even if no one answers - up to 2 to 4 a day on our mobile. We are busy people and don't need their offers. Been going on for several weeks!
This number calls a few times a week. I have reported the number to donotcall.gov each time and also yelled "STOP CALLING ME!" into the phone on two occasions. This needs to STOP.
