I actually called the call center for IBX (Blue Cross) yesterday and spoke with a rep. They said I would be receiving a survey call, and I received a call from them today. My experience is that it is a legit call.
They said they were conducting a survey about Medicare but were not legitimate. I told them off but I am certain I will receive more fraudulent calls from them.
Fake Amazon caller. Asked to confirm IPhone order via phone. (Amazon will never do this)
