Integrity Energy trying to sell us lower utility rates even though I have asked them to stop calling and remove us from their list about 50 times. They call us weekly and will not take no for an answer. I'm going to add them to our block list and see if that will take care of the issue. These people are extremely rude and persistent and somehow think they will make a sale that way.

A female called in (from a call center, you could hear it in the background) - "Good morning I need to speak to the person who handles the expired utility contract, would that be you?" "No, you need to speak to the owner of the building" "Do you have that number, and name?" No, I am just the receptionist. All I know is that we DO NOT deal with the utilities in this office building" "Thank you" Then she hung up. We've gotten calls from this number every, 3 weeks or so. They have been threatening, they have been YOUR NAME IS ON THE BILL, they have been everything but honest. They're a scam, and one of these days I am going to remember the phone number and not answer the switchboard.

Female caller named Debra with a caller ID of "IntegrityEnergy". She was beyond persistant and rude to our receptionist insisting that she was calling because our contract with one of their providers was endinng and she wanted to speak to someone about it. She won't stop calling despite asking for her to put us on the do-not-call list.

April 02, 2019 

Caller ID only had "Waxahachie TX" no company name. Male caller asked for person who handles the electricity. I said he was out of the office with a customer. He'll be back later. He asked "exactly what time will that be". I said he's in and out. The caller then HUFFED at me and told me I was making his job difficult. He then asked "Well, how do you get ahold of him in emergencies?" Good gosh, I didn't know switching electric companies was an emergency. I'll keep that in mind.

Received call from a female - she wanted to talk to the person who handles the electrical contract for the building - would that be you - and I said - you need to go find the owner of the building - she said do you have that information - I said no - you need to go find the owner of the building - she said this is the phone they have - I said take it out of the database - she said cant (RUDE) - and she said if I dont give her the name of the building management it will be my fault why the our bill goes up. I said we're not on bill and I cant help her - she kept raising her voice - would not give me the company name - blah blah blah - and I hung up. Its a scam - they have called several times - total scam - You can hear the call center in the background noise.
