My ex-husband of 15 years and my son received a phone call from Sachs and Associates' employee Ashley Mitchell stating the state was filing bank fraud charges against me for a check written to Allied Financial. When I asked her for more information all she could say is I'm trying to get your statement and when I wouldn't comply she hung up on me. I have news for her...I called my attorney and they will be contacting Ms. Ashley.

My family is getting harassing phone calls from a “law firm” a person named Ashley Mitchell from Sach associate looking for you about a criminal case against you period today was the last day for you to be able to do any kind of mediation about the case. Phone number is 214-281 8914.

They called my sister to have me call them. Stated that i was being charged with bank fraud and the case was going to be filed tomorrow. That she was giving me a courtesy call to advise me of the charges so she can make documentation.
