Calls and says I need to respond with in 2 hours . For legal documents but refuses to send any paper work to me . Really. ..
Got a call from this number saying they were going to send legal documents and i have 2 hours to call etc,,,,
213-222-6732 has called and left the same message on our answering machine. Tired of it!
These people keep calling my cell and work #s treating summons saying I have 2 hours to reply. Saying they have issued summons and if I dont respond in 2 hrs the court will get notice I am failing to appear. Interesting thing is when I called the number back they gave me they wouldn't give me any details on this supposed summons and stated I needed to be quiet or get to my point .........How can I get these people to stop harassing me?
This is my 3rd round of this same thing. first time about 1.5 years ago called me and my parents threatening, finally stopped after a week or two. about 6 months ago started up again, even called my employer and asked to speak to my manager (2 hr window to call back every time). That finally stopped until yesterday, I received a vm on my cell and work phone again. I suspected it'll be my employer next.
Caller ID shows "Restricted". No name of company or person calling. Number left on message to call is not found in google. Called yesterday and said I had 2 hours to respond or legal process would begin. Called today, 24 hours later, stating the same thing. Must have been an awfully long 2 hours for this poor guy!

I got the same call. They called my phone as well as the office phone of my job.
got a voicemail from this number saying they were going to deliver legal documents, if I didn't call back within 2 hours that would serve as proof of acceptance and for them to proceed.....
