A man called my cell phone at least 5 times in a row, even after I took the call to tell him he had a wrong number, and after my husband did the same thing. Claims to be from the LA Men's Central Jail. He never provides a name, so the Sheriff's department refuses to do anything about it.

I received 2 calls. Both calls displayed “Prison/Jail”. I answered the 2nd time (2:37 am, 16JAN2025). Female voice recording: paraphrasing…”This is a free call from the Men’s Correctional Facility. From an inmate, (first name indistinguishable) Grant, if you would like to accept this Free call, press 1; if not, do nothing.” I was hoping it would repeat in order to hear the first name clearly but it did not.
