They were acting very strange as well and hard to understand. It took a while to figure out that they were not the ones needing IT support but were instead trying to sub-contract out labor. Told them no, we don't do that, but they kept calling. We eventually had to block them.
We have repeatedly and specifically requested that they do not call, and they continue to call our business.
