Scam call trying to get you to say yes to one of the questions they ask. They say they are representing something to do with medicare. Do Not Answer the questions.

This number called twice within 2 minutes. I called back and got an automated voice stating, "Thank you for calling Modernized(?) back about your home project. Please hold while we connect you to [one of our contractors]...." Note: I had recently submitted a request for a quote for a window repair". I received a voicemail from the same number (another automated voice) saying to "expect calls from highly raetd contractors in your area." This seems a little suspect and is probably not legit.
