This is not a scam. I called expires express scripts and they confirmed that both numbers (below), are legitimate numbers and part of their AI system. The number to call back is 855-842-5860 and that message was generated from 978- 775-6392. I did make a complaint with them about receiving a call asking me to call back when it really was just a survey. If you opt out of calls, then you are opting out of all communication that is not fair. However, I did opt out of all communication.
Called me twice in the past 2 days. I didn't answer and was left VMs saying to call 855-842-5860, claiming to be from express scripts. Express Scripts' web site shows no record of either the number calling me or the 855 number so I went looking. Plenty of hits saying it's a scam.
Got a call from this number claiming to be Express Scripts wanting to better my experience with them. Would not take anything but a yes or no answer, so I hung up.

Got a call from 978-775-6392 with a cll back number of 855-842-5862 and a caller ID of "HealthCare." Call back claimed to be Express Scripts with an offer for a $100 Walmart gift card upon payment of $3.95 "processing fee." When they asked for my Visa card number as "confirmation, I became suspicious and hung up.
Caller ID came up as Express Scripts. Recorded robocall. Made me say 'yes' twice before I became suspicious and hung up.
