Who called me from this phone number (978) 533-3309

I don't know what this call is. They called and then left a voice mail with a computerized voice asking me to call back some 844 area code, a different number with important information about my UHC health plan. I don't trust this call to not be a scam. They should say who they are, full name and give the same number to call back.
