Who called me from this phone number (978) 386-3069

Caller ID just said "Potential Spam". So I picked up and hung up immediately (hope the spammer thinks they hit a call blocker system). So, is the carrier Verizon New England (as listed here)? Or is is it New Cingular (which I've seen on a couple of sites)? OR is it Level 3 Communications (alias "Spammers R Us")?
