Got a call, but when searched online, says the company associated with this number is no longer in business.
Got a text message from ?+1 (978) 306-4610?. Saying they want to move to my area and wanted to know if would be interested in a cash deal for my house. They wanted a response either way. I deleted the message with no response.

As I got home from work, listen my messages, this guy said that you are on a recorded line and this is a call from an online job application. Hmmmmm, I never put in an application online for a job, so this is fishy to me
