Who called me from this phone number (978) 254-7720

Got a text from 978-274-7720 saying my C.H.A.S.E. pin number had recently been changed and to go to https://qps.ru/lfomh to prevent unauthorized transactions. The website is requesting my user name and password. I logged into my account from my computer and there were NO notices or flags from the bank. This leads me to believe this is a total scam!
