Who called me from this phone number (973) 971-9766

this person is claiming to be Country star luke Bryan, but when he popped up his name was Vinny and he is demanding that I send him money, I told him that he is not getting my money, I think that this person is a scammer and he needs to be caught by the FBI and put in Jail or prison. I have never ever sent money to these people and these people need to be caught and delt with, exspecially using a celebrity's name on whatsapp.
