Who called me from this phone number (973) 970-8017

Recorded debt spam call, calling from a Hiya Listed NJ Landline - no name available. Received after 9:00 PM EST violating Fair Credit Protection Act and obviously fraudulent. User is most likely spoofing CID info. May be a trail or something 12 months and 1 day later?? I just realized that 366 days since the last report is strange.
