Sounded legit, asked me to verify my name, then ASKED FOR MY BIRTHDAY to verify my ID. I hung up at this point, they may've asked for more after requesting birthday!

Fake number claiming to be from Horizon NJ Health telling them to call them back at that number or one of their other fake numbers. The number and location are not listed as being official numbers of Horizon NJ Health

Left a voice mail, caught my name in the message. The message was similar to what's already been reported.

It is horizon nj health. Not everything is a conspiracy.

got a call and unfortunately didn't realize it was a robocall until after i said yes and gave my birthday. Hopefully nothing happens, cannot deal with more crap

This is definitely not NJ Horizzon Health.

Just got a call from this number saying it was HORIZON NJ HEALTH and after checking out the number, it's very suspicious. I'm going to call the number on my id card.

Adding to my previous message (starts with "I had a missed call this a,m."....) I did in fact have a robocaller message left on my voicemail, only it doesn't say it's from"Mary Beth". The woman doesn't state her name but does pretend to be from Horizon NJ Health and says to call back to answer some questions. lol. I am leaving the ph # blocked and reported this scam to the FTC.

I had a missed call this a.m. from this phone # which I do not recognize. So I did a search and found on this site multiple reports of a scammer calling people pretending to be NJ Healthcare and trying to get sensitive info from them. I am blocking this # on my phone.

I got a call from this number and it was saying it was Mary Beth from Horizon NJ Health , I’ve had Horizon Nj Health my whole life and they’ve never once called me for anything lol till now I get this spam call obviously I went online and looked up the number and there’s so many people who’ve also received the same exact call

"Mary Beth" (recorded) claimed to be from Horizon NJ Health. They asked for my medical and personal information. THIS COMPANY IS PREYING UPON MEDICAID RECIPIENTS who are often in circumstances where they need to comply with requests to keep their care. They would be easy to scam. Please stop this!

I received a robocall saying it was about my health insurance. It wanted my date of birth and sensitive medical info over the phone, delivered to a robocaller. This seemed sketchy, so I hung up and did not enter my DOB.
